Should I read Pet Sematary or The Shining next?

More than halfway through Misery. SO good :]

Finished ‘Salem’s Lot.

Holy shit. Fantastic book. Creeped the hell out of me, but damn was it a good book.

On to Misery :) The Shining hasn’t come in the mail yet :[

Stephen King, you are a damn good author. You can scare the shit out of me, move me to sadness, then amaze me with some great quotes like this.

‘Salem’s Lot is getting pretty fucking creepy.

‘Salem’s Lot

So I’ve begun to read ‘Salem’s Lot.

I’m pretty excited, and I’m preparing myself for the nightmares because apparently this one gets pretty damn creepy.

I haven’t read many of his books, (only Firestarter and Carrie, I absolutely loved Carrie, I didn’t really focus on Firestarter so I guess it doesn’t count) and this summer I plan to knock out quite a few of his books.

  • The Shining (top of my list, I MUST read this book)
  • It
  • The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon
  • Misery
  • Pet Sematary
  • Cujo
  • The Dark Half
  • The Dead Zone

those are among the books I’d love to read this summer. I’m kinda weary on reading The Stand because it’s insanely long…
